Returns - Refunds - Exchanges

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you get the wrong size or colour, you can return it (at your cost) and we will send a replacement and pay for postage.

FOR SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS - BUYERS WILL NEED TO INCLUDE A RETURN POSTAGE BAG IF WRONG SIZE IS CHOSEN AND AN EXCHANGE IS REQUIRED

Australia Post keep increasing their charges which we regretfully cannot absorb on discounted products.  Use the size charts please.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If you have ordered a printed T-shirt we cannot accept returns as they are printed to order.

Write carefully and clearly your exchange or refund requirements on packing list that was included with your purchase.

Once received we will send out or refund immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 28 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you usually have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.

For goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, such as by email, post, or by using our online withdrawal function where available. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, including the content of your withdrawal request and the date and time it was submitted.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

We are not required to refund supplementary delivery costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.

Returning goods

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or unless we failed to inform you that you must bear those costs.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

We will tell you before purchase if an exception applies.
