What makes TheMerinoPolo unique?

At TheMerinoPolo, we take pride in offering a premium collection of full sleeves and half sleeves Polo T-shirts for both men and women. What sets us apart is our commitment to quality, using only the finest Merino wool to ensure comfort, durability, and style.

How is Merino wool different from regular wool?

Merino wool is known for its exceptional softness, breathability, and moisture-wicking properties. Unlike regular wool, Merino wool is finer and less itchy, making it ideal for comfortable and stylish Polo T-shirts that can be worn year-round.

Are your Polo T-shirts suitable for all seasons?

Yes, our Polo T-shirts are designed to be versatile and suitable for all seasons. We have chosen a proven yarn blend of 18.5 micron superfine merino wool (87%) and recycled nylon(13%) to construct our polos to perform in the heat and the cold. The Merino wool used in our products regulates body temperature, keeping you cool in warmer weather and warm during cooler seasons.

How should I care for my Merino wool Polo T-shirt?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Polo T-shirt, we recommend the wool wash cycle (gentle) on your machine or otherwise hand wash. Avoid tumble dryers. Our polos will dry very quickly in a gentle breeze.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to bring TheMerinoPolo experience to customers around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location, and detailed information can be found during the checkout process.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 45 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our "Returns and Exchanges" page for detailed instructions.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get real-time updates on its delivery status.

Are there any promotions or discounts available?

The more you buy the cheaper they get. Keep an eye on our website and subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive promotions, discounts, and early access to new collections. We frequently run special offers to provide our customers with the best value for their money.

How can I contact customer support?

Our customer support team is here to assist you. You can reach out to us through the "Contact Us" page on our website, and we'll respond to your inquiry as promptly as possible.

Are your products sustainable and eco-friendly?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. In fact, the whole Australian wool industry is. Our Merino wool is sourced from Australian woolgrowers who have a passion for their animals and their product. Learn more about our sustainability efforts on our "Green Initiatives" page. All our merino is sourced from non-mulesed sheep.
